What if a member of this board was gay and objected to you using the word "gay" as a pejorative? What if a mod in another forum politely asked you to stop using it in that fashion a month ago and in retaliation you added a video link in your sig using gay as a pejorative just to be irritating?

"Queen is gay" is a common joke, as evident in the clip in my signature (which I also explained to the moderator who gave me an infraction, and I took his/her non reply AND non-reaction to my signature as agreement. I even posted it in the Funny Videos thread and received no objections). This thread is about a specific tragic event where someone got KILLED.
Just to make it perfectly clear for future reference, the notification button is for things that are violations of the board rules. It's not the "Things Jarod doesn't like" button.
We're not here to enforce your concern for the hurt feelings of an actor who's not a member because someone insulted them. We're not here to clamp down on people using a little dark humor in the wake of someone who's not a member dying in a ridiculous manner. If the members think it's inappropriate they're usually quite capable of voicing their opinion themselves without running to Mommy and Daddy about it.
Learn what is and isn't an actual violation of the rules and stop abusing the notification system with your petty reports. Everyone is getting pretty tired of it and there will be consequences if it continues.
