There is this quiet hill on my route where the homes average $1.6million each. As I am walking to the next delivery it is not a strange sight to see used condoms on the street as I glance down to make sure I am not stepping on dog or raccoon waste. There is no prostitutes stroll nearby and I would think that the local nightclubs are out of range, But it still doesn't seem like there are enough kids in the neighborhood for the amount of waste product generated.
