I have to admit, my first reaction to your question is that if you have to ask it, in addition to not having a life
, you must not have much of an imagination. Think about who your favorite characters are, either from Star Trek or other shows/movies/books. Think about your other interests or hobbies. And then start looking for relatively simple pictures to go with them. I say simple, because more complicated ones are often hard to see clearly.

I always thought i'd have Yeoman Rand as mine, and i think i did for about a year, but then started playing with it and using all kinds of things. I don't know the answer to your question, HGAL. Whatever you are interested in, whatever you love, if you can get it under 140x140 pixels, then it's yours. If Trek doesn't tickle your fancy, you could use a scene from your favourite movie or other TV show, or your favourite game, favourite place to visit, or even a photo of yourself.
