It airs on The Hub, Hasbro's takeover of what used to be Discovery Kids. But for watching it online, YouTube is the way to go. This guy's got probably the best uploads.

Don't let her colorful exterior fool you; she's a sad and deeply disturbed pony underneath it all. Growing up with strict, humorless, religious fundamentalist parnets and siblings will do that to you. (Seriously. That's her in-universe backstory. We got a flashback of it. They downplayed the dark and upsetting undertones, but still...)
