^Same boat here. I'm not sure about how the whole promotions thing works within the fleet to be honest. Is it after a certain amount of stuff has been put into the fleet bank, then a promotion? Or Assist other fleet members with Fleet actions?

No, happens manually... just remind me which characters you are again (hard to keep track anymore). and I will see to it that you receive full crew rank.

Russ is already a crewman, but I will invite the other two of course.
By the way, once a member you can invite your alt toons yourself. ;)

To all Armada members who have been frustrated with the crystalline entity to no end.
We will make another attempt to finally beat the dreaded beast.
    Special equipment will be needed.
Make sure to fit your ship with proper defense, primarily kinetic resistance. Shields are mostly useless.
Everyone should pack anough Quantum torpedos for the highest damage without the torps being intercepted by shards.
HargPeng torps could prove usefull as well.
Sensor Scramble, gravity well, photonic shockwave seem to be good science abilities.
As well as anythign that will debuff the Entity.
Weapons should be enhanced by Cannons: Scatter volly and Beams: Fire at Will.
Ideally we have a few cruisers to spam Fire at will constantly, escorts spraying the thing with scatter volley at all times and science ships debuffing it back to mommy.
We need at least 10 ships, the task force possily enhanced by our GIF allys.

Look for the weekend to attempt this.
I will post the exact time and date on the fleet schedule.

How about a Sunday afternoon run (I can't do Saturday). Maybe 1pm EDT? Whatever works for the most people, looking forward to taking a legit crack at that thing. Pretty shoddy programming that lets that thing be as unbeatable as it is, and at a LT level...

I'm only a mere lieutenant :( I don't have any sweet starship swag. Also, I'm not yet part of the fleet. Grimsdottir@NickInABox is my thingy.

You have to be a Lt Commander 7 normaly to join the mission. We might be able to get you into the instance. But you should keep your distance however from the fight since you wouldnt last long. You could however try to buff and heal others. Every little bit helps. Anyway try to level up as best you can before sunday. Q should help you with that He returns this weekend to give you an XP boost.

Eh, if he's gonna blow up anyway, might as well at least ram into CE over and over, get a little extra damage in there. One-man Kamikaze squad :)

Hm, don't whether to use Foxton or Lex for this. Foxton needs the XP (especially on a double XP weekend), but most of the sweet swag and the science powers are with Lex.

Eh, I'm bringing my max power player. Don't much care about the XP (although true, my CDR character could use them). Figure this damned thing isn't going to get beaten for every one of my toons, so at least want my primary one to have killed the stupid thing once. Plus it's annoying to have a VA1 character completely maxed out, but with a LT level mission still unbeaten...

I haven't had a chance to play much in the last few days, so haven't been on to sign up for the mission, but assuming it's Sunday (afternoon hopefully) like originally discussed, I'm in!

I'm bringing Taylor since he's my only Fed toon, good news is that he's just got to RAUH.

Sounds like fun. Depending on what day and time (EST), hopefully I can join in. This is one of those missions that I'd love to actually finish.
