wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

I be happy if he used capitalization for you know... proper nouns, instead of just "SMACKDOWN, RAW, and TNA IMPACT". But, that's just the grammar nazi in me.
 
I've always liked Jarrett. I didn't even have a problem with his WCW and NWA title runs. I just think the NWA runs got a little out-of-control. Jarrett has always been a solid wrestler, good on the mic and good at being a heel. I've honestly never had a problem with the guy.

^There are guys working right now that are better wrestlers, better on the mic, and much better at being a heel that will never come close to his record of Championships.

Hell, there are guys who are retired; long considered legends in the business who fit that bill as well.

But, Like I said, I'm critical of Jarrett. I watched him slam a guitar over someone's head waaaaay too many times at the close of Monday Nitro.
 
The dirt sheets are reporting that Kharma is pregnant, which was what led to her scripted breakdown writing her off the show. Too bad the storyline never got going as I rather enjoyed her introduction and was kind of curious to see where they'd go with her character.

are you serious that she's pregnant wow. is vince sleeping with the diva's agin? no seriously that is messed up timing.
 
Congrats to her! Ideally this won't derail her career too much.

I was wondering what the angle was with the in-ring breakdown...
 
Here is an interesting interview that was conducted with Brock Lesnar. I've never really been a fan of his...and his pulling out of the UFC here in Vancouver hasn't endeared himself to anyone here either but most of his WWE run was memorable. He says that he wouldn't totally rule out a one shot return to the WWE and gives them credit for putting him on the map in the first place. I plan on reading his book when the library gets it in...was interested to know that it was co-written by Paul Heyman. I had no idea the two were that close. He says that he hasn't really talked to Vince or anyone from the company since he left and considered those relationships "Business".

never really a brock lesnar fan. though his fued with kurt angle was fantastic. I may check his book out to see what he say's about the wwe.
 
Brock bailed out of the Dos Santos fight because his Diverticulitus came back right? And Paul Heyman actually started working with the UFC in a producer role for their Countdown series.
 
Why? Not like he has any major pull or creative control. He's just there to help hype the fights via the countdown series.
 
Yeah, and when it was around it was fairly successful. The reason why it never fully took off because it was too violent to be marketable and only really catered to a niche crowd who craved Hardcore Wrestling which they pioneered. I don't even think it was allowed to be on PPV either. You can thank John McCain for that. Eventually the WWF bought them out like they did WCW.

All I'm saying is that the UFC hired him in a limited capacity. Pretty much just as a producer for their Countdown series on Spike TV. That's it.
 
they had several ppv's not just the one's that the wwe and tna put out. they started as a ppv company just like tna and then got air time.
 
well from they way rhino,bubba ray and rvd and even tommy dreamer say yes he was and was responsible for it's collapse and purchase into the wwe.
