Ohhh, I love Spain. I was there only once, but LOVED it. Best food on the planet, hands-down, bar-none. And it's hot! And pretty! THE FOOD. NOM NOM NOM THE FOOD. TAPAS. Late-night dinners. Olives. Banderillas. Fish! Squid! Gazpacho!!! (We make that at home a lot, actually) Olive oil everywhere! I want to go back.

Oh! And paella. Of course.

Because the food in other countries doesn't even come close! They just wish they were as awesome. Had no idea that was a common sentiment expressed by visitors!
