My sister is currently asleep on the couch and probably will be for the rest of spring break.

Well, I mean, I don't think causation could be established.
Of course, it helps that it took me a long time to figure out, on account of my sister being a lesbian. Sorta walked in one day, since it was the shortest route to the bathroom. "Ohhhhh. So that's why you keep the doors closed when you're 'talking.' " You know what's funny? I just realized that although I've known for years (and have never particularly cared outside wanting to bang her one actually-bisexual and attracted-to-me girlfriend, in part out of one-upsmanship that turns out to be petty jealousy and part out of hot), I have no idea whether my parents know or not. I've never heard my dad mention it, but I don't talk to him about having sex with girls either. I think I'll ask her next time I talk to her.

A friend of mine has constant dry spells in her marriage. A month here, a month there because she has relatives who come and stay for a month and she doesn't want to do it when they are in the next room. Every weekend because she has family who stay every weekend as well (unavoidable). Then there is all the too tired, have to get up early nonsense so the free times are quickly gone and it's dry time again. Really not good IMHO for either the marriage or the family relationships.
Then I had this other friend who told me an average of how often she and her husband had sex and when I did the math it worked out to 6 times a year.
This is with someone she ADORED.. but it just wasn't important to her. Both of these people are married to very passive men who just placate and try and keep their wives happy at all times.
I dunno.. for me it's a "what is wrong with this picture" puzzle since these are otherwise happy marriages looking I'm looking at.
