Well, in another thread it's been suggested that they put "parody" in the title to avoid legal trouble, so it's possible they don't mean that literally. They don't seem to be parodying TNG so much as re-creating it with much less finesse and supposedly much more um, thrusting...as in, not just the ship's thrusters this time.

Not much less from what I can see in the trailer. Although this Picard's accent is evidently from a different area of...France.

Seriously, just about every one of these porn parodies that I've seen trailers for (I've only seen the entirety of one) indicate that the crew and performers really get into the opportunity to do something novel. They obviously bring a lot of enthusiasm to it, though I'll eschew any remarks about their rising to the challenge.

I was referring to the acting and writing. Not so much the production design and special effects, which I agree appear to be top notch.

This is from the same producers who made "The Sex-Files: A XXX Parody", which also had a pretty serious plot that felt very much like an actual episode of the TV show ("The X-Files", obviously).

Anyway, I think this might be very well the first actual TNG porn feature. Although the damned tagline "The Next Penetration" seems to have been used several times, all the other Trek porn features I ... heard about were TOS parodies.

Okay, that makes sense. I thought it looked really rather good. Picard does seem to come from further south in France, though, doesn't he?
