That's the U.S.S. Saggitarius, the scoutship assigned to Vanguard.

I can't even SEE registry numbers. There's a good chance it's the Lovell, though -- there are only three used by the S.C.E.

They're both Federation ships, the top one is the Lovell (or maybe not apparently). It's the 23rd century SCE ship from the SCE series, and the earlier Vanguard books.

there is no registry on the Lovell. the other one is clearly the Sagittarius as the number is barely visible.

I can see the registry. looks like 1894. the 9 is skewed but to me clearly visible, the 4 you can just barely make out the pointed top that looks like an "A" which means it has to be a "4".

The cover image looks awesome, although, technically, this would be Book 7, since the novella compilation Declassified is the 6th book in the series.
