So, did anyone else watch this last night? Turned into something of a Who fest given Lyndsy Duncan played Isherwood's mother, and Toby (Dream Lord) Jones was in it as well!

I thought Smith was rather good, definitely seemed to grow throughout the film...I'm not sure I'll ever watch Dr Who in quite the same way again though

At times though, especially running around Berlin with Imogen Poot, it really did feel like the 11th Doctor had a new companion...

I'll be surpised if a certain poster here isn't interested given that one gets to see MAtt with not many clothes on!

I saw it (don't ask how), thought it was pretty good. Matt Smith did a good job, and yes, he looks pretty damn good with no clothes. Sadly, his naked bum was edited out on BBC orders, some bullshit about kiddie Doctor Who fans watching. Never mind that Eccelston and Tennant both did nudity (including full frontal) in non-Who projects...

Christopher... was directed by Geoffrey Sax, who also directed the 8th Doctor, TV Movie. Thats a Doctor Who connection if ever I saw one.

No idea, but the DVD will be released for North America later this spring, probably May or so.

I don't know if PBS or BBC America is getting it. If it's PBS, it'll be a long wait. And in either case, it will be heavily censored.

Tennant did a play called "What the Butler Saw", and he had a scene where he's wearing nothing but a bobby's hat. There's a photo of said scene floating around out there...Google "What the butler saw tennant" in images, no filter, it'll come up on page one.

It's a BBC movie based on the memoirs of Christopher Isherwood, about his time in pre-Nazi Berlin. It's the basis of his "Berlin Stories", which became the plays I am a Camera and Cabaret. He was, shall we say, an interesting bloke.

On the one hand, the thought of Matt with not many clothes on would normally set my saliva glands into over drive and send my hormones into a tizzy, and heaven help anyone who got between me and that yumminess. But on the other hand, I'm not sure I want to see my favorite Doctor ever getting it on with another guy. I too would never watch Doctor Who in the same way again.

So maybe I'll just look for the screenshots.
