In all honesty, according to the BTW, the NX and Daedalus took the brunt of the war. It would be kind of nice to see the Intrepids (other than the Intrepid) and that Delta class doing something. Maybe even mention other classes.
A log that was only visible to people with an HDTV with zoom function from what I hear, or are we going to count the Enterprise-D only having one bathroom on the whole ship?
There can't be an Enterprise between the NX class and Constitution class versions. It has been repeatedly stated that the Constitution class was the first (Federation) starship Enterprise.
well they refer the nx enterprise as a starship right . and as for the bathroom situation on enterprise d every cabin most likely has a bathroom . Now are there any refrences of starship's from after the war . and upto the star trek novel "final frontier " dealing with robert april and kirk's father . and this I belive takes place before pikes tiime on the enterprise . As they refer to the enterprise the great experment . like they did with the excellsior in star trek 3 the search for spock.
I was just currisous on the development issues . and remmber since star trek 11 rewrote the prime contium and the tech leval changed drasticly.

Nah - it's if I said "I want a USS Kelvin novel where X, Y and Z happen" that'd be a story idea.

^ There's already a MACO novel. It's called Last Full Measure.
I always assumed they were absorbed into Starfleet, but the Star Trek Online novel The Needs of the Many has a chapter featuring 24th century MACOs, probably based on the un-named ground forces seen once or twice in Deep Space Nine. I don't think there's been any mention of MACOs in the regular 23rd/24th century novels.
I see that the Romulan War has both a trade paperback and a standard paperback. Did it come out first in the large format than in the smaller? Was that always the plan or did the book just do well? In a time when TNG is only getting paperbacks, for the most part, seems interesting that ENT gets two formats. I wonder if that's a sign of the popularity of this new arc (but perhaps not the series) since it deals with events allude to in TOS (or TNG?).
