Why have J/Tu, J/C, J/Doc, J/7, or anything else when you can have J/N? mmm-mm.

EDIT: I totally closet ship J/Tu, though.

I'm also a fan of Janeway and Tuvok.

Janeway and Tuvok, FTW!!!!!!!! :D

Yay! I'm not the only one!

I'm basically J/C, J/EMH, and J/Tu.

Other pairings: P/T(of course), 7/EMH, and 7/Tu

But I cheated on the Voyager forum. I went over to the DS9 and TNG forums . . . OMG! They were terribly boring. I don't care if it means choosing between getting captain quicker, I'm staying here.

I think I just gagged a little.

That could have worked though They're good friends and Neelix was so obviously enamoured with her. It was adorable to watch.

And yay! More J/Tu! No matter how bad Twisted was that part was still adorable. And if Tuvok eve showed emotion it was for Janeway, and later Neelix

When you really start to look for it, she pawed at and smiled at Neelix a LOT! As you know, I have looked for it. Of course, I am of the opinion that it's just 'cause the actors got along well IRL.

Surprised to learn that you're a closet J/Tu shipper. *raises one eyebrow* Fascinating.

(My closet ship is J/EMH. I guess I should say: It was my closet ship, huh?)

I agree with what Valeris said, at least I think she said it maybe it was teacake, if Janeway was going to die in the novels it should have been someone who had respect for her. Not in a fanboy rage because he didn't think Janeway deserved to be an Admiral over Picard or anything(hey, reference to that other Janeway thread about her becoming an admiral)

I'm pretty sure Valeris is a guy, but correct me if I'm wrong.

If they are I apologize. I just assumed since I was pretty sure "Valeris" was Kim Katrall's character from ST:VI. I could be wrong, my knowledge of any of the original spans about five episodes. And the movies that I haven't watched in years.

It's the lack of playfulness that makes them often boring.. and if you want a forum full of old dudes grumbling and correcting people and NOT playing you can't do better than the TOS forum.

I'm equally a fan of TOS, DS9, ENT and VOY and equally familiar with all of them but I have spent most of my time on the ENT and VOY forums because they were the most fun and the least ponderous. ENT seems a bit quieter of late but it's a very friendly place. ST:XI is also a hoot to hang out in, and when the move first came out I posted there like a maniac, LOL

Yes Valeris is from ST:XI.

Some people assumed I was male possibly because I had Soval for so long as my avatar.

I didn't.

I'm normally good at telling genders over the Internet too. Now I feel bad.

And yeah, there was no playfulness over at those forums. It was like someone died. Probably because they lacked Guy, and even though his posts are out there, they are at least a little funny. I'm good with staying away from the TOS one. I've only seen around five episodes.

SO many times people have thought I was male even when using the name 'teacake' which is not particularly masculine.

On WoW even though my character's name ends in "ia" which is usually feminine and even though my character is female I was always assumed to be male. I noticed that those playing the female pretty races were always assumed to be female.

I like not showing my gender under the avatar, let them not start with assumptions, LOL!

On and Valeris I LOVE it when a guy uses a female avatar (other than the "look at these boobs" avatars of tnz). It's great and.. blah blah blah lecturey gender blah..

:rommie:

Well there is the little gender icon on your control panel you can turn on these days if it really puts the two of you out.

I'm just wondering about Janeway and Neelix while Kes was still on board.

It is all about tension after all.

It doesn't bother me. Actually, quite the opposite. I get entertained by it.

Rock...the casbah?

It is all about tension after all.
Especially if it's Fury Kes.

I totally had no idea you were male, either. I must apologize.

Also, not "rock the casbah"... "lock the taskbar."

Well, we're out of the closets now! You know, I can see J/EMH, too.

J/Tu is difficult because it's a little hard to explain away that whole wife and family thing. Usually you're stuck making some kind of pon farr excuse.
