Guys, I'd like to ask you to please refrain from getting into a fight with Captainmike. It will undermine our position if our supporters are viewed as acting on a personal grudge against him when we present our letter to the Memory Beta Community.
^ don't worry, I didn't say anything more to him that prompted that little hissy fit. I said I'd stay away from him from now on, and I've kept that promise.

Man, that guy is on a serious power-trip.
My problems with CaptainMike began before he even registered with MB. There were a few pages that were started by a then-anonymous user that, rather than have an actual entry, were merely links to "Captain Mike's Galacti-pedia". It pissed me off that someone, rather than actually contribute, was merely using MB merely for the purpose of pimping their own endeavour.
When he came to Memory Beta and became an admin, I saw the writing on the wall that he was going to try and turn the place into "Captain Mike's Memory Beta". Looks like that's what happened.

Keep in mind, especially for all of you that have "hated me since before I joined Memory Beta", that I do display attitudes in kind -- as in you receive the treatment you started off giving me, way back when...

For the record, I don't have any particular bones with you personally. My issue is with the policy which Memory Beta apparently has, and since you seem to be the most vocal proponent of that policy, regrettably the line has become a little blurred. While this may seem like a "hate campaign" i would like to assure you that as far as I am concerned it is not. Emotions have run high on this thread certainly, however our only real interest is to see the policy of Memory Beta become something that we believe would be more beneficial for all.
