collections

Someone should post a photo, be cool to see what a near-complete Trek library looks like :techman:

Here's some pics of my Trek bookshelf. I have another small bookshelf with my non-Trek books in a different room.
The bottom shelf is taken up by my non-Trek books that won't fit on my other bookshelf. The last two are the Trek books that I are in my headboard bookshelf, which is where I put books I'm planning on reading.

OK here is my collection in photos since you asked, the quality is not brilliant since the photos were taken on my phone.

Thanks for posting those :techman:

Both excellent collections, they make me very jealous...

Oh, and I also own The Immortal Coil, Spock's World, Zero Sum Game, and Rough Beasts of Empire in Ebook form. On top of that I have probably another 15 or 20 on my wishlist.
Oh and I forgot to include Rihannsu: The Bloodwing Voyages in my list up thread.

You guys. Man, and I thought I was anal for putting my collection in an Excel sheet.

We have a second kid coming, so I am transitioning into ebooks and boxing up my Trek collection for the time being. I currently have all the Bantam and Pocket TOS novels, the earlier reference books (Spaceflight Chronology, and the Franz Joseph classics). I have almost all DS9-R and the post Time To... TNG stuff. A smattering of the VOY and ENT novels. Five of the SCE collections, but no Mirror or Myriads except for Sorrows of Empire. I went on a big acquisition binge last year (glad I did because the money is scarce now, and I have a lot of unread books to keep me through "poverty"). Some of the crossover series, and almost all of the TOS and TNG hardcovers, including the one-volume Book Club collections of the Rihannsu and Vulcan's Soul books.

Are those Trek comics on one of the lower shelves, laying flat?

All of the ones I'm interested in finishing are available for the PSP so I was gonna be filling in the gaps that way.

forgot: Sarek and in In the Name of Honour. and TyPac 1 and 2.

also: TNG and DS9 tech manuals, TNG/DS9/VGR companions, chronology, encyclopaedia, TOS compendium, VOI, Star Charts, Classic Trek Nitpickers Guide, Starfleet Survival Guide and Legends of the Ferengi.

Far Beyond the Stars is the only novelisation i have on my shelf. just because it's so awesome and adds so much more brilliance.

Errr...what is a PSP?

The Playstation Portable. It's Sony's handheld gaming system. Along with games it also plays music, movies/tv shows, and comics al of which are available for through the Playstation Network, which also works through the Playstation 3. The scariest thing about it is the fact that you never have to use any kind of physical media with it, everything is available the PSN.

^ Egads. You kids and your technodevices. I remember back in MY day...

(SicOne stops himself before he can really settle into his long diatribe)
