My cousin hates me now

My cousin hates me now, because I refuse to be one of his groomsman. I just couldn't afford it and I know he said he would pay for it, but I know down the road he would hound me to pay him back or take me to court. I'm guessing Judge Judy or one of those TV court shows. He said I'm his favorite cousins, but we never hungout and I really don't know that well. He wouldn't go to a family events on my side of the family. He was never there when I needed him. He would borrow things and he would never return them. I couldn't care less about going to his wedding, hes a con man, he con my side of my family money supposely he passed the entrance test to get into the Air Force, but he failed the test twice. He used the money to go on a trip to Costa Rica or Domanican Republic. His girlfriend cheated on him twice.

I don't know the full story, but I was told by my Aunt that she was cheating on him two or three times. He wasn't good at picking up the girls so that why he put up with it and stayed with her.

Sounds like your cousin has a problem (apparently only one of many) if he chooses to hate you for declining his request. This was a request, not an obligation- not by any stretch of the imagination. It sounds like he has very little in the way of a connection with you, except for the times when he needs something from you.

Too bad if he chooses to hate you, but if he never bothers you again because of this matter, it sounds like you are better off because of it!

to be honest, I don't know, but if he was I'm sure she found some way to suck him back in the relationship. I think he knows most girls wouldn't find him attractive and they wouldn't be serious with him.
