A Before Sunset sequel idea

Years after the events of Before Sunset, Jesse and Celine are getting married in the place where they first met: Venice. But with their wedding not occurring until the following day, Jesse and Celine are taking some personal time together to walk around and relax before the big day away from all things wedding-related. During their walk around Venice, Jesse and Celine talk about various things. Some of the topics are intellectual and some of them are personal like their families who will be attending the wedding, their hopes and fears about their post-wedding future, etc.
I thought this would be a good idea for a Before Sunset sequel that would tie up the story of Jesse and Celine nicely. It could be called After Sunset.
What do you guys think? Would such a sequel work? Do you think they'll make a followup to Before Sunset like this one day?

Gladly they chose Wien / Vienna and not Venezia / Venice for Before Sunrise.

And as much as I would like to see another episode of the Sunset trilogy happen in 2013 (1995, 2004, ....), I doubt Celine and Jesse will wait another nine years to get married. It should be about a turning point, they will be both around 40/41 and may have already have a child together (which can be ignored in some car with closed windows).
Maybe they are sick of each other after being nine years in a relationship were nothing is left to talk about - though then a wedding would be ideal according to some Scottish sources.

I personally think that Venice is overused for romantic stories, especially in movies. What about Praha or maybe even Budapest?
It should be during the summer time though and Henry should be part of it somehow, to show Jesse would not leave him alone at least.
Other than that I can't really think of anything they could do, besides revisiting their past and present and future via talking with each other.

Any threequel to this series would probably either feel tired/dull, or split the lovers up (assuming they even got together at the end of the second movie in the first place). A big part of why the second movie worked so well is that the first ended on such a gigantic yet specific question mark - will they make the meeting?

Now that they're actually going to exchange contact info, no matter what happens after the missed flight, there's simply not as much suspense. And since they'll be keeping in touch, they'll never be as alien to each other as they were at the start of both prior films.

Honestly, if they do do a third, maybe it should be a completely different format - not walking through a city, not 24 hours or less, but a more conventionally framed drama, perhaps with other characters taking center stage (!).

I saw the second before I saw the first. I thought the second one was a really well made film with a great tragic love story and that song at the end is so touching. Then I went and saw the first one and felt extremely neutral towards it.

I thought the first movie was good. I thought the second movie was great. I love them both. They're two parts of the story. One wouldn't feel complete without the other.
