This next one came about as a collaboration between myself and a good mate of mine who goes by the handle of BolianAdmiral... He and I were musing on actually the Republic, and I had shocked him by the "reserved" nature of the first design, while he worked on his idea (link is posted below the actual finished idea). Upon seeing his initial concept I said "why not", so I refined the concept further to what you see here...
