Just gone 6.30am Christmas morning here. Up with my son Liam (whose only 5 months old). My little girl wh is completely engrossed in xmas this year should rise soon.

Merry Christmas to you. Just turned the heater on; it's finally getting cold here, just in time for the holiday.

Need to finish cleaning a bit today, if my back holds out, and then get hubby to go out and get a gift for his sister. He always waits until the very last minute to do things---drives me nuts.

What a wonderful gift you've got there. I'm big fan of Primeval and am very excited about new season coming January 1st.

I am excited about it too. According to Amazon UK the 4th season of Primeval will be available on DVD on 21 Feb. I will ask one of my sons to buy it for my birthday even though it probably won't reach me until a few days after my birthday.

I am very excited about the Dr Who Christmas special which airs tomorrow.

Christmas dinner is going to be 30 minutes later than I had planned. That is how long it took me to realise that i had forgotten to turn the oven on.

I am cooking two meals 1) Apricot chicken (which I love) in the slow cooker and 2) baked honey soy chicken and baked potatoes (which my two sons will eat). My sons are having corn-on-the-cob with their meal.

For desert we have pavlova with strawberries and kiwi fruit for me and no 2 son, and some chocolate cake for my no 3 son because he doesn't like pavlova.

Merry Christmas. Just woke up and am still recovering a bit from the end of the year party last night with the coworkers. I'll be hanging around my apartment today with a friend watching movies and catching up. Not a bad way to spend the day. But I miss my family and my girlfriend. Some things will have to wait.
