My Janeway costume

^I prefer your Janeway head mug. If they did a triple-size one I'd drink my tea out of her head every single day.

Of course. But I only drank something (coffee :devil: ) out of that mug once. I feel like if I use it on a daily basis, the chances increase that the mug will break or something. I'm paranoid what can I say? Instead, it's sitting on my counter right now and there's straws coming out of her head. Kinda looks like her head is exploding :guffaw:

I would like to marry this mug and have its mug children.

Objectophilia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Object_sexuality

The internet tells me that there is/was a woman who was married to the Berlin Wall (She is quoted as saying that the great wall of China may be bigger than her husband, but it's obviously a bit thick.) and there's another woman who married the Eiffel Tower.

I know it's legal to marry the dead (think historical figures, not the freshly burried.) in France but 5 minutes of googling couldn't prove if marrying these erections was at all legal more so than symbolic.
I remember seeing five minutes of a tv show about the woman who married the Eiffel Tower. I turned over before she could describe how she had sex with it:ack:

Captain Kirk totally had objectophillia for the Enterprise. He got a little weird in a few episodes with nutty speeches, and worse in a few old novels.

Where in the world can we marry fictional characters?

Hasn't this been done in Japan?

And America too.

Here's what Obama had to say on the Subject.

Since this tangent began has any one started thinking about trying to marry someone from Voyagers cast of motley spacedogs?

That's it. I'm off to marry Janeway :devil:

@firecrackerrrr
Next year you will make a Seven Of Nine costume, yes? :devil:

Hah I can try. The only Seven costume I liked A LOT was the silver one she wore in the first couple of episodes. It's also the toughest one to make. Also, if I wore it, I'd fail as Seven as my boobs barely reach a B size :guffaw:

ETA: I am her height though and our bodies - minus the boobs - are similar. Facially, there's NO resemblance though.

Just because you can portray a realistic rendition of these characters, don't forget there is magnificent value in satirically inaccurate cosplaying. If you watched the Big Bang theory last night, where the fellah who owns the comic shop is talking about how his girlfriend puts on her plus-sized Wonder Woman outfit and beclhes that he has to come ride her invisible plane...

**shiver**

It has to be more fun to make the fan boys and fangirls wretch and vomit rather than swoon.

However if you want to be picture perfect there's always tactically applied padding to consider?

Besides the hardest thing about Seven is getting your hair to stay clipped back like that for the duration.

I'm a perfectionist. ;) The big lips are the biggest issue and of course the hair. I was blonde up until a month ago but I'm back to red (my natural) and it'll stay that way for a while. Maybe when I decide to go back to blonde I'll give Seven a shot :D

And I totally watched that episode :D

@firecrackerrrr
You look great with any hair color. :)

I would love to wear a Superman suit...but it would require losing alot of pounds and toning up to not look ridiculous. :lol: :sigh:

If we're gonna play "dress up firecrackerrrr", might I suggest Uma Thurman in Kill Bill? Yellow jumpsuit, blond hair, blood splatters, samurai sword - it would look great.

Weird....I just finished creating a character in Soul Calibur that's based on Uma in that yellow jumpsuit. I even based the character on Mitsurugi (the resident samurai dude in the game lol). Since it's one of my favourite movies I'll take that as an awesome compliment. brb making yellow jumpsuit for next halloween and gradually going back to blonde.
