I'm going to watch the episode again before I grade it, but it was pretty positive, but tease after tease

He's been on television quite a bit lately. Has a recurring role as Brian Austin Metallo Green's father on Desperate Housewives.

I'm glad they acknowledged the way he died. His actions didn't protect Clark. He overreacted to Lionel (understandably) and gave himself a heart attack. At least they acknowledged the character's flaws.

Despite the tease, I gave it an excellent. I really liked what I saw.

Lois continues to be the weakest link. That does not bode well for the season.

I got a phone call at around 10 till, what was the deal with Lois in the dessert and Pa Kent?

Lo accepted Perry White's offer (from last season) to join him at the Africa desk (though I doubt we'll see Perry himself anytime soon).

Apparently, Jon came back as a ghost to visit Clark, basically warning him about Darkseid without really saying much.

Overall I like what they did in this episode. It felt to me like they finally got back into the heart of what Superman should be. Lex and Superman.
I dunno, but I liked the older creepier Lex. I think he pulled off Lex better than ANY other Lex EVER on screen. He was what Lex should have been all those years. Lex. Pissed off and ready to kill.
I did like seeing the suit but put the fucking thing on already. Lex.
And was that Darkseid on the top of that building?

Thanks, Lois in Africa probably won't last long.

That Lex sort of looked like Tiny from House of 1000 Corpses or Dracula Lex.

My review is spoiler free Season 10 starts off with a bang and very good action IMO leaving us wanting more I'm sure everybody is in agreement that the best is yet to come.
Plus they're teasing us with the suit, and a evil from another planet so I guess next week will tell so far I'm excited and ready to watch the show.
Until next week
Same Smallville time same Smallville Channel.
