They should just show the bald guy inexplicably bathed in light at all times.

I know it's a plot device but it will never fail to annoy me to see bad guys not just do what's their intention without all the added flair that leads to easily foreseeable failure.

I know Clark is a douche but I felt Jor-El was being a bigger one. Remember some of the shit he pulled pre-fourth season?

I think he was flying, here is why:

1.) Look at the debris from the ball falling as he catches the globe, it keeps falling in real time as he jumps up to it, so it isn't slow motion in that scene.

2.) He shows control as he lands on the roof, he ends up turning his body around while in the air before he lands to face the crowd.
