I love the droplets!^ Those are neat. Oh, and while I'm not certain why, when I saw the first picture, I immediately thought of the Tenth Doctor.

Thank you! They were initially unintentional, but when I opened up my photo editor to fix them, I changed my mind, and decided it looked much better with the droplets on the lens. It felt more real, it felt refreshing, I think.
Poor Giada has to wear the Cone of Shame.She was spayed this week, and has to wear the cone until the stitches are out. She knows she looks funny. Poor puppy!

The Tonka restoration shop has been busy over the last couple of days on a few more of my old Tonka trucks from my childhood.

Based on the style of the grille, it's between 1968-72. It was probably one of my first trucks and was definitely in the worst shape.
^ When you say the "tonka restoration shop" ....are you actually taking them somewhere or are you doing them?
It is really cool that these were your actual toys from childhood.
I'm curious as to the value of reconditioned tonkas. Do they go up in value if reconditioned? I realize that in mint original condition is best ...but do reconditioned tonkas have any monetary value or is it all emotional? I ask because i collect vintage Barbie dolls (my childhood toy) and there is a line that gets crossed as far as what work is done and how much work is done.
