It depends on what you're counting. Season 3 is 45 episodes long...and 'technicaly' that makes Season 4 the longest season ever of Doctor Who I believe.

Here's the official track list for both discs and good call on Samurai's part predicting the first disc would contain music from the first three specials. The second disc is all End of Time.
