When we last left our Avatar Contest...

The votes are in.

In the Episode Contest....

Coming in First Place for the Golden Porthos is HopefulRomantic, with her 1940s Archer and Silik.

Tying for Second Place is SPCTRE (with the NX-01's attempt to destroy Manhatten ) and yours truly (with the NX-01 flying off into the sunset after reigning destruction on New York ).

In the Theme Contest....

In what I'm sure is a painful situation for him , od0_ital takes the Golden Porthos with a continuity obliterating appearance by Jonathan Frakes....

In Second Place, though only just, was star, with an entry from an episode that everyone but me seems to loathe.

Congrats to the winners and thanks to everyone who participated.

And backward we go to "Storm Front I," wherein the entire Enterprise series is hijacked for one last go at making sense of the TCW. How would we have survived without alien Nazis, eh?

The theme for this week will be "Isn't She Lovely?" Pick an actress who guest-starred on Enterprise, someone you loved to watch, whether for her looks, or talent, or the character she played...whatever appealed to you about her.

We'll keep the entry thread open until at least Friday, so let's see some avatars, gang!

^ While I love all of her outfits, I do think it's a shame she only wore the standard uniform in two episodes.

I would have preferred it if she wore it for the whole fourth season, after she formalized her service with Starfleet.

Do Hoshi & T'Pol really count for the theme, though? It did specify "guest stars".

^ I don't know about Hoshi, but since T'Pol so rarely wore her uniform, I'll consider "Starfleet T'Pol" as a guest star.

JiNX, Shran, as lovely as your theme entries are, the idea is for everyone to choose a guest actress, not one of the regulars. (Good try, Shran, but T'Pol is T'Pol, no matter what she's wearing.) Surely you can dig up a guest-star actress that appealed to you...? I'll be glad to keep the thread open long enough for you to whip up alternates.

So... after our conversation, I went a bit nuts and created about a dozen avatars for T'Pol, Troi, Kira and Seven in Starfleet uniforms

Now all I need are suitable themes in the future to put them to use - fingers crossed

Now I'm going to have to make some of my own for each character.

The only one I'd disagree with you on is Kira. IMO, she looked best in her Bajoran uniform. She definitely looked good in a Starfleet one, but I don't think it was a drastic improvement the way it was for Troi, Seven, and T'Pol.

Maybe in this case for me it comes down to the fact that I've never much cared for the Bajoran uniforms (with the exception of the gray-green engineering variant). I think it's the colors
