Haven't seen this mentioned. It was announced last week at ComicCon that the third installment of the Family Guy Star Wars Saga "It's a Trap", (their parody of "Return of the Jedi") will be released this December. Available on DVD and BlueRay.
I really enjoyed "Blue Harvest" and "Something, something, Dark Side", and look forward to 3rd and final installment of the Star Wars parodies. They've made it clear that they have no plans to parody the prequel trilogy, and are looking for another franchise to rip on. Seth MacFarlane apparently favors doing the Indiana Jones movies, but hasn't committed to anything yet.
So what franchise would you like to see them parody next? And keep in mind that everyone in MacFarlane's creative circle are all geeks and/or sf fen, so it's likely they'll opt on something genre. Besides, outside of "The Godfather" and a few others, how many n0on-genre "franchises" are there? It seems that with few exceptions, most franchises are SF&F, horror, or spy/detective thrillers.
Personally, I'd love to see them parody LOTR or the "Alien" or "Terminator" franchises.
