Marvel has found their Hulk-sized replacement

No problems with Mark Ruffalo, but the recasting is stupid. They should have just gone with CGI the whole time.

Eric Bana not available? Am I the only one who enjoyed his Hulk movie???

:(

I enjoyed Ang Lee's Hulk. It wasn't perfect, but it was enjoyable and I liked the fact that it tried to be different. Lee was trying to make an intelligent comic-book movie. Basically the same thing Chris Nolan was trying to do, except he succeeded more than Lee did.

Honestly, I think if you took the character-driven aspects of Lee's film and the action-oriented, leaner parts of Louis Lettetier's film and combined them you would have had the perfect Hulk movie. Lee's movie was too meditative; Lettetier's movie was too lightweight.

^ Well to be fair, Marvel made that second movie lighter with all their cuts.

Maybe sometime down the road we can get The Incredible Hulk: Director's Cut -- Screw You Kevin Feige Edition.

It's possible a more expansive version of The Incredible Hulk might be released as part of the lead-up to The Avengers. On the other hand, perhaps Marvel won't do such a thing in order to distance themselves from Ed Norton's Bruce Banner as much as possible.

the recast was bad but i can live with it! but i would have like david tennant better love don ps 3 banner in 3 movie not good!

No, I'm with you Jetfire. I loved Bana's Hulk. I enjoyed the movie as well. I don't care much for Norton, so I spared myself watching the reboot. I care for Ruffalo even less, so...

After seeing Inception, I realized that Joseph Gordon-Levitt is - or can act - old enough to play Banner. DAMN! Why didn't they go with him and give Ruffalo the Doctor Strange role??? :klingon:

Because JGL already played a mad scientist. Cobra lalalalalala!!!

Still think Michael C. Hall would be good too.
