^ I thought Target Field was really cool. It was only a block from our hotel - very easy access (plus there's a transit hub right *in* the stadium). Great field - no bad seats at all. And the food was awesome.

Much, much better than that ass ugly Metrodome. Indoor baseball is unnatural!

Do you have Native American in you? Just curious. You know I like you. I have the same, time-wobbly chin. :) Hope you are not offended.

Got a couple from this past weekend's Polaris 24. I'm looking a little disheveled, but five hours of sleep per night will do that to me...

At Friday night's Klingon Karaoke (yes, I sang - "Always On My Mind"):

And putting up a late programming change notice at the Info Desk:

I do, but its a bit far back. My grandfather's grandmother was Chippewa. My grandfather had very strong N.A. features, and I take after him in appearance.

And there was no escaping the cleft chin. Both sides of my parentage have it, stretching back as far as we have photographs. ETA: not offended at all. I've only gotten one rude comment about the chin in adulthood, so I'd call that a success.

My dad was full blood Mohawk, but my mom was German. My sisters and brothers all took after the German side, but I took the Mohawk side. I never met him, and until my twenties, I had no idea I was anything but white, and rooted for John Wayne, who I was named after.

Peace to you, my left-handed sister.
