Bleach - Anime Disscussion (Spoilers)

I think Soi Fon`s Bankai was impressive although I understand why she doesn`t like using it. I never liked her much but I could see again that she is a skilled and brave fighter. But there was too much Omaeda slapstick and too much slapstick with Lilinette as well.

As Tite Kubo promised - without giving more away, there will be a LOT of more evil Aizen! This scene is a good example, also a good example of what a skilled writer and artist Kubo is.

Hell Arc – that sounds intriguing! I was hoping that Tite Kubo will revisit hell and explore it.
 
Yeah, it does sound interesting. Although it's pretty far off down the road since there can be no decent fansubs until it gets to DVD. So basically, we're looking about a year's wait at least.
 
I'm curious to see how they work Ulquiorra into this since, well, he's dead. Also want to see just how Hollowfied Ichigo gets in this one
 
It's because he's dead, that I'm thinking he might be a tour guide to hell of sorts.


Anyways, ever since DB dropped Bleach I've been having trouble keeping up with Crunchyroll's releases. Any other fansubbers out there still doing decent work on it?
 
You could always watch HorribleSubs release although I wouldn't actually call them a sub group since they just pirate video off streaming sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation. It's disgraceful really.
 
What I forgot to mention is that episode 287 will be a filler episode. Some people said that this filler is about the coming movie. Others say it will be a normal fun filler story and the teaser/trailer will be shown afterwards. Anyway, this should be very interesting and I am looking forward to it!

The poster sets are promotion material and it does not mean that these characters are in the movie. Being an Ishida fan it irks me that he is not part of this poster set and if this character is also pretty much ignored in a story in which Ichigo turns into IchiThing again, I will be VERY disappointed!

I think it would be a fascinating idea if we meet Ulquiorra again in hell! It would build nicely on the end of the dome story. At the very least Ulquiorra can appear in flashbacks.
 
Bleach is one of the best anime action show. I love it due to it's out of queue storyline, which truly have brilliant skeleton. Characters of this anime are just awesome. there is awesome Action, drama, mystery, thriller, adventure like stuffs in all bleach episodes . I like to entertain with it my little bro. who is biggest fan of bleach. Ichigo is my favorite character. Now i just hunting for it's 167th episode, with which we both entertained on Saturday night.

I guess I'll give Crunchyroll another shot... sigh.
 
As it was also announced at Wikipedia: The Naruto Shippuden: The Lost Tower anime film will open on July 31 with a trailer for Bleach: Jigoku-hen.

I am very curious :)
 
The new trailer has been shown in cinemas and although there is no copy available there is a leaflet with information about the movie – including a very intriguing picture of Hell!

On the leaflet is also a small picture of Hitsugaya and Ichigo – and a picture of Rukia being stabbed from behind by a large shadowy figure! The other side of the leaflet shows the picture of Ichigo in chains as you can see on the website which link I posted recently.

News:

It is about a prison rebellion in Hell and their target is the real world and especially Karakura town.

The movie has four main characters who will enter Hell and save the world. The team consists of: Ichigo, Rukia, Renji – and Ishida! (and a new character)

IchiThing (the hollow creature Ichigo turned into during the dome story) will be back.

Ishida as a main character in a movie and especially this one – I love it! :)

How is that disgraceful? They're all stealing stuff, just because some groups do their own translation doesn't mean what they're doing is less illegal.
 
Private subgroups used to provide more accurate translations (in context) than a lot of the Americanized (Studio-Approved) translations would provide before anime really took off in the English speaking world.

Back before most series were licensed, groups like that would be the best place to get the most accurate translations. That's not necessarily the case anymore.

What we're talking about here are the translations themselves and not the legality of viewing the episodes. A group doing their own pass on a series is one thing, but just ripping it from another group (and in this case, the licensed content providers) is just sad and pathetic from the P.O.V. of the translation scene.

Example: Once upon a time if you were watching Bleach via multiple subgroups, you might get "Soul Reaper" or you might get "Shinigami" (I preferred hearing Shinigami myself, because it was more contextually accurate than just a generalization of the concept translated into English)

Any who, I found that Hulu has got episodes again starting about where I left off, so I'll be using them I guess.

I wish Datebayo had gotten the contract on new sub-work though. I heard they had applied to work for Chruncyroll.

Fansubs are more respectable than rips due to the fact they actually do some work and require skill. A Ripper group is just a random smuck with a computer program or a DVD burner who leaches off of someone else like a parasite. Whether either is stealing (which they are) or not is not the issue and debatable but you don't want to open that can of worms.
