Hi -- so our first anniversary is coming up in a couple of weeks. My wife decided to surprise me last week with an early present of a 64GB iPad that I've been saving my pennies for (she's awesome!)
Now, unfortunately, our finances don't allow for me to make a big splurge on her this year (we couldn't really 'afford' the iPad...
), but she has made it clear she wants either a) Jewelry or b) the new stainless steel fridge she's been eyeing for next year (no, nothing in this world comes free!).
That having been said, with baby #1 (just confirmed today with the doc!!) on the way, I'd still like to do something special for my lovely and awesome wife to commemorate our first married anniversary. She got me the iPad because I've been saving hard and that it would be my last big purchase before the baby will take all of our money
I was thinking of dropping clues throughout and around our house and having her go on a treasure hunt of sorts. I just need some ideas for what that 'treasure' should be.
Anyone have any ideas? She's big into photography, but she has a new camera and I gave her an engraved picture frame as a wedding gift... can't really think of anything else that doesn't break the bank but is awesome and photography related. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Anxiously,
