The only one that really irritates me is when someone quotes an entire post or part of a post and adds a simple "This." to it. Don't know why, I just find it stupid.
LOL, ZOMG, OMFG, all those other ones ... I use them from time to time, so I can tolerate it when others do same ... but when everything is suddenly "would be a great name for a rock band" I throw my hands up in the air and give up.

Also, in the English language, the word is spelled t-h-o-u-g-h. It is not spelled t-h-o. The same goes for what. It is not w-h-u-t.
#3 has been pissing me off for a long time, the others - meh (that may or may not be overused too

The facepalm is fantastic! It's ubiquitously usable and perfectly translates a complex emotional response.
I have to admit; I do use the facepalm a lot. I mean, I have my own pic for it.
Would be better without the text on the picture.
