Spock has a tint under his eyebrows, is it bluish, or just dark skin colour? I keep seeing it one way, then the other during the series... it's makin' me crazy!!! Which is it really? Or are Vulcans kinda chameleon that way?

I was just wondering if it might be differences the colour correction in the remastering...Mmh, differences in makeup and lighting? That should be enough to explain the change between scenes and episodes.
I'm watching Galileo Seven right now, and his skin is normal human coloured, and his eye shadow is dark tan, not bluish.hunh? His skin is made up to be a mustardy yellow (it was originally supposed to be red!), and they use blue eye shadow on him.
