Not really.Let's be honest here: The entire premise of the Time War/post-Gallifreyan era, and therefore the whole new series, is seriously flawed.
Kindly enlighten me and explain why.

We get it you don't like it move on.

Actually I have found the show to be very enjoyable in the past. I've just finally started to really take notice of the inherent errors in the general plotline, something a lot of other people don't seem to see or want to think about.

Ok, so why didn't the Time Lords from before the War show up during Father's Day and other moments in the new series where time went all pear-shaped? We know they still exist, as the Tenth Doctor met his fifth self in Time Crash.

As I theorized above, the Time Lords have been erased from history, with only the Doctor and the Master surviving past the time lock.

Which would be fine if so many people didn't have memories of Gallifrey and the Time Lords. If they never existed, neither would those memories.

Not if those species have time travel technology. As the Doctor noted in "Flesh and Stone," possessing temporal technology or even traveling through time changes an individual's perception of the past, apparently protecting their memories from temporal re-writes.

The Sontarans do not possess time travel technology.
Neither do the Racnoss, or the Krillitanes.
Was it ever really necessary to kill off the Time Lords in the first place?
Sontarans in the classic series could travel in time? I've not seen The Invasion of Time, but didn't they only penetrate Gallifrey's defences there because the Doctor invited them? And in The Two Doctors they were hoping for the Doctor to help perfect a time machine for them, which they ultimately didn't get. The Sontarans in the new series never mention time travel to my knowledge.
I still feel that all the Time War/Time Lords extinct/time-locked/little more than myths and legends stuff messes things up too much and is needlessly confusing. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: The idea of a "post-Gallifreyan era" is ridiculous. The era of the Time Lords extends across all eras of the universe, so to say that the Doctor is the last of his kind is just silly, because even if all his fellow Time Lords were dead in his current incarnation's personal timeline, the ones from his past before the Time War would have to be around somewhere.

Plenty of time for them to develop time travel technology between DW TOS and the start of the Time War, then, if they were already on their way.

Unless they were erased from the timeline.

Which, when you think about it, is impossible, as then races like the Racnoss and the Vampires would still be flourishing to this day.
And if the Sontarans were capable of time travel, I should think they would have made better use of it by now.
