I rented The Lonely Bones this weekend and I loved it, it was an amazing experience.
I didn't even know it was based on a book until a friend of mine went "I'll need to read it first". So it brings up a question, is the book any good?
Sure I know the book is almost always better than the movie. There is more back story, you can picture things differently, and everything is just more in depth and you can connect more to it. However then there is The Children of Men book which is so bad I want to burn it and wipe it from my mind. Some books are just really poorly written and even with a good story you can't get into it.
Has anyone read the book?
