I don't get it at all.

The premise is simple — a lone man, apparently married, bending over to show his anus. His prolapsed, distended, pulled-apart anus, with fingers of both hands stretching it beyond decency. Of note is that his penis and scrotum are clearly visible as they dangle, and yet it is the sight of the mans innards which prove to be the most horrific.

Comedian and host of The Tonight Show Conan O’brien, has often commented that his favorite audience reaction is one where horror turns to humor, and it is this reaction that Goastse inspires — at first a sense of horror, but once time has passed and we gain the ability to cope (or rather if we gain the ability) we begin to find the humor in it
