Have you heard of Star Trek The Movie 2 coming out on 2012.

But not sure whats its name.

Can anyone advise?

No one not a member of the production team knows yet what the movie will be called. I expect that to be the case for at least another year or year and a half.

Whatever it is, I'll probably call it Star Trek XII
I'll probably always call "Star Trek (2009)" Star Trek XI. It looks nicer.

If they call it "Star Trek 2" I'll be vaguely annoyed.

And I think the film's due in 2013. I might be wrong.
At least we've got the post-STXI novels to keep us busy until...oh wait.

Yeah, it's like how the next Batman movie keeps getting called Batman 3 as a shorthand title and there's no way it'll end up with that title, even though technically there's never been a movie with that title.

They should take a look at The Dark Knight. No Batman in the title. Became the number 3 movie of all time. The sequel should be called Tiberius. Have it be about a mirror universe Kirk, which is from Shatner's time, wanting to take over all universes.
