What will you do to celebrate St. Patrick's Day?

I am Irish, so I will wear my "Look at these shamrocks" t-shirt and do whatever come naturally on that day. I am too spontaneous to make plans:cool:

I love spontaneity.

As long as I have a little warning it's coming.

I don't know but I'm not going to a pub. I did that a few years ago, that was too crowded. The fact that there was a rugby match against Scotland this day didn't help too ;)

On St. Paddy's Day all the pubs are too crowded. That's why it's better to have a party at someone's house.

It's official -- I'm drinking beers with friends tonight at the local pub! Hopefully there will be plenty of Sam Adams flowing. :)

I wasn't planning to do anything, but since I have to spend all day packing up my apartment anyway, I might as well get drunk while I do.

I will have one green beer. just because I'm part Irish on my late mothers side.

We're doing nothing except going to bed early as I have course starting early each day for the past two weeks, but I am expecting a lot of hung over people to be everywhere tomorrow!

To me, the celebration has gotten more subdued in recent years. Although I'm not of Irish ancestry, I enjoy doing something fun, like going to a potluck at work or having a little party with the nieces and nephews. I'll be doing none of those this year but still wish everyone a great St. Patrick's Day.

We're taking my nephew out to a local pub to see a few bands play and to introduce him to some Celtic culture.

And hopefully leave before it gets too rowdy.
