    Hi, guess what?

I cant be arsed to do it myself with all the free tools available to me on the interweb, so could one of you lot spend your time putting an odd head on a different body in a Trek uniform? Preferably a hot actress in full make up. There's nothing in it for you, but what the hell. Go to it.

I think I get what your saying, but think of it this way. I could have all the stone working tools in the world but still would not be able to carve a copy of Michelangelo's "David". Better to ask an expert. Asking never hurts.:bolian:

Any preference as to type or era of Trek uniform?

This seems to be directed at me, based on context in the Fan Art Forum at the moment, so I will say this:

    1. I asked nicely both times.

    2. I did not nor would I have acted in any way entitled if no one had taken up my requests, as I have seen other posters do on occasion.

and 3. It cost you nothing, as you didn't participate in any way in either of those threads, so I don't understand your apparent need to grouse.

In general, sojourner is entirely correct. And as for me, specifically, I'm actually not terrible with architectural stuff like ship schematics, buildings, and such - but when it comes to organics, even my stick people look deformed. ;)

Dont worry Triumphant, it was not aimed at you directly. I'm on a few forums and as soon as one or two people start asking for cut & paste stuff it tends to turn into a torrent. It's starting again, hence I thought I'd fire this up as a reminder.

You asked nicely, even if it was just on a whim, and that's fair enough. Eventually it gets to the stage where the guys on the forum get pestered by dolts asking them to make a 30 minute space battle where their 5km long super-Enterprise with a 1000 phasers wipes out the entire Macross fleet (by next week). They then post their 'design' for the ships scrawled in biro on lined paper with no detail at all, expecting one of us to spend 3 months making it for them. It's happened before, and will happen again.

Find a body in a starfleet uniform that wouldn't look silly with silent Bobs head on it. That would be a challenge.

Well, like I said before, my talents with photomanip tools are non-existent, but...

Unfortunately Captain Silent Bob was banned from the Enterprise because he was too portly for the captain's chair.
