Seriously, since Helen Noel (in her prime) isn't allowed in this competition, I'll have to go with Marina Sirtis. Many degrees of hotness.

However, Star Trek has never been in the habit of hiring un-attractive women. I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed for eating crackers.

I wholeheartedly agree. From her first appearance on that show till her last, she looked fantastic. I liked Gates and Marina a lot too, but strangely, I thought they looked kinda weird in the early seasons and got more beautiful as the show went on. I think Marina actually looks best in the TNG movies, particularly "First Contact".
