Carol Marcus was just a one night stand who happened to give him a son. Edith Keeler, maybe she was the one, maybe. Miramanee, maybe she was the one, maybe (gives Edith a run for the money). Antonia, ummm no.
However, as we all know, Kirk may have loved the ladies, but he always ditched them all for his fetish with his ship. Therefore, I voted "Other."

Edith Keeler-hands down. Nothing else even comes close. Miramanee is an interesting candidate to think about, but it was not really Kirk who loved her. Once he recovers his memory he treats her very differently.

I have no idea who "Antonia" was supposed to be, but I never bought that for a second.

I voted "other", because...he let Edith die, and got over it by next ep. This makes the "Edith" choice harder to pick.
Personally, I'd go for Janice Rand--because in "Naked Time", he goes on a rant, talking about how his connection to the Enterprise has effectively taken his life from him--including a chance with "My beautiful yeoman--you notice her, Spock? Well, you're allowed to notice her.... A captain's not permitted..."
And of course, in the same ep...he reached over to brush Rand's cheek...and then stops, sadly remarking, "No beach...to walk on...."

I voted other, because no matter what you call it his only true love was the 'Enterprise'.
He never really regretted walking away from any woman. ST:TMP and ST:TWOK show, fetish or not, that his only consuming regret is whenever he walks away from the Lady E. One of the most heart-wrenching quotes from ST:TSFS is: "My God, Bones, what have I done?"...as they watch the Lady E blaze across the atmosphere of Planet Genesis.

Where did you get that info? Seems very unlikely. I don't know who was his true love if there was one, but it certainly wasn't Miramanee. He had amnesia and didn't even know who he was, and it wasn't even his (or her) idea that they got married, it was a custom. A slightly weird storyline.
