Okay, here's the latest word on Joe's whereabouts. After 6 months and thousands of penis captions, Joe is on a penis sabbatical for a few months, getting re-tooled, if you will. He is studying under Andy Dick at Richard (Dick) Bland College. Professor Dick says that Joe is coming along fine and is, in fact, working on a penis joke book that should make a seminal contribution to the field of humor.
I heard that he went into a catonic state when her realized that Ronny COX starred in Total Recall, based on a story by Philip DICK.
