The sound was horrible though, but the last ten or so minutes made up for it, seeing the guy, who filmed it working on his computer and talking.

I will see the regular version though.

Yeah, I definitely couldn't hear about 25% of it, due to police sirens, bus doors opening, etc. It's going to be far better when it actually airs.

Saw the first 10-15 minutes from the screening someone posted out at darkufo.blogspot.com and I liked what I saw, although much more so after the 4 minute clip that's out there at aintitcoolnews.com.

Had they exclusively gone down the path they started down in the first 4 minutes without doing what they did after that I might have been pretty frustrated given how Season 5 went.

However, they look to be trying something new and that could prove to be very interesting. Sound quality did suck though so once I got a sense for the direction things are heading I stopped.

Excellent.

Another example of perfect Lost: answering questions while presenting new mysteries.

Well "Excellent" of course

I could have watched this all night, too bad I have to wait a week until next episode, I wanted the whole season tonight :D

There should be something higher than excellent...like 'most excellent dude!'

That two hours flew by and was EXCELLENT!

Are we frellin' there yet?
Yes we are, and I think this had to be the weirdest episode of Lost to date. Anyone agree? Of course you do. It was weird.

Let's see...

- The bomb detonation worked. Got it.

- Now we seem to have two timelines as a result. Got that.

- The island is under water? Weird.

- There is a temple and the stewardess is there. Weird.

- The people there are assholes just like everyone else they've ever run into. Typical.

- Sayid is alive. Weird.

- No one is asking questions. Again, typical.

Still, I can't wait to see where this all goes. The two hours was a fun gripping ride. So... Excellent.

It also looks like their lives are coming together despite not having been to the island. That'll be good too. Weird not seeing Michael tho.

Oh, and of course Jack should have recognized Desmond. They met at the stadium.

Excellent.

Easily one of the best episodes of television I've ever watched. Everything came together perfectly. A great balance of drama and humor, mystery and answers. And the whole "mirror" universe idea is one that should prove to be very, very interesting as the season unfolds (And the series ends).

Realistically, probably not going to be one of my favorites when the series ends.

As of right now: EXCELLENT. WTF is going on?

A B from me, the alternate time line stuff was a waste of time right now and didn't flow.

However unLock being the smoke monster... interesting...

I dunno right now. Too much to process. Is it really 2 alternate timelines, or does the one on the plane and in LAX eventually lead them back to the island anyway. I tend to think the two will converge and Juliet will be right. It worked, but things will happen from the LAX timeline that will cause them to show back up at the hatch like they did. Just my theory, I'm not spoiled or anything, but it seems reasonable.

Anyway, I gave the episode a 9 out of 10. Excellent. Too much to think about.

I'm assuming the bomb somehow sunk the island in 1977, which is why the plane didn't crash in the new timeline. In one timeline the bomb worked. In another timeline it didn't.

- There is a temple and the stewardess is there. Weird.
I really want to know what the stewardess' deal is. I want to know why those members of 815 ended up joining The Others.

For some reason these are the least curious people in the world.

Totally. Jack just didn't remember where he recognized him from.

My questions: What the fuck is Desmond up to? Will Boone/Charlie be important? What is Smoke Monster Locke's actual name?
