Most unintentionally hilarious moment?

Even when you take both meanings oh 'honey' it doesn't work.
This is one of those things where you ant to be a fly on the wall as they make it and wonder why nobody said anything to the director. I mean, I assume the actors knew they were saying crap.
When they re-released "The Exorcist" a few years ago...there's a scene where she gets an MRI (or whatever technology it is) and then a bunch of Doctors sit around a table talking about the results. First of all, the machine was a giant whirring contraption that everybody in the theater laughed at.
Then, they laughed even harder...because all of the doctors were smoking.

That has an "Army of Darkness" vibe to it.
Sometimes it's all in the delivery. I laughed in the extended edition of "Return of the King" when Saruman declared "YOU ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!" 
And there's this fantastic, fantastic moment in season 2 of LOST, a particularly tense moment when Naveen Andrews's character (Sayid) meets Michael Emerson's character for the first time, then Sayid goes into this long speech about his origins - and at the end of that small scene, Sayid, in this really camp (and in hindsight probably ADR'd) voice, asks "You want to know who I am...?"

The Wicker Man is one of the best, glad to see it's gaining some support here for it's unintentional hilarity.
I have fond memories of seeing it at a one screen military theater after I graduated from basic training. I had not seen any film in months, and there was not much else to do as I waited for my next phase of training to start. A buddy of mine decided we could see this. Neither one of ous liked Cage or thought the film looked interesting, but as I said, there was nothing better to do and it was a few hours away from drill instructors and barracks.
We were the only two people in the theater, and needless to say, we laughed through the entire movie, which was unsuspectingly awesome in it's badness.
We used dialog from that film for weeks afterward, confusing everyone around us.
I need to get the dvd sometime, just to see the whole thing again.

I've never actually seen "Tough Guys Don't Dance", but the famous Oh man, oh God! scene is hilarious. Surely such a classic must be mentioned in this thread.

Although it didn't strike me as particularly funny, there was a supposedly serious moment in the 2000 version of The Time Machine that got a lot of laughs from others in the theater when I saw it. It was early in the film when the protagonist's wife immediately gets killed a second time after the protagonist has just changed history to save her.
Spontaneously I'd say:
- In House of Wax during the final battle, the male main character gets a knife stuck in his leg/chest (I don't really remember) and screams for his sister who's right next to him for help. But instead of pushing the enemy away or something, she pulls the knife out and he screams in painnot a very clever move
- Final Destination, where one girl suddenly gets hit by the bus. I was just joking to a friend "I bet she'll turn around and get hit by a car" and then it was really like that

I remember that. It had very Simpsons Halloween Special thing to it. Like Guy pierce shoud've said "D'oh!"
Can't quite seem the humour in that scene.
Now perhaps the engineer who looks like he's gonna do the Admiral a real big favour....
