December Art Challenge - 2nd chance for 1 shot wonders

Thanks again for the vote everyone! For December's Art Challenge I'm going with a sort of Star Trek Expanded Universe type thing. I checked through the "Can I Create An Art Contest" thread and didn't see this one....(at least of the ones listed)so hopefully this hasn't been done.

I like book covers and untold tales soooooo......

Your task, should you choose to accept it is:

1. To create a book cover in any style featuring.....(heh heh)

2. A character who's appeared in only ONE episode of any of the various series. Make the guest star the star. The book can be about the character before or after the ep.

So you could do a cover for the further adventures of the Outrageous Okana.....or about the group of Scalosians in the last days of Scalos, etc, etc.

3. It must be clear who the book is about, either by featuring the character on the cover or some blurb like "From the adventures of so and so" or "Book 4 in the so and so chronicles", etc., if that character is not present on the cover.

The spine and back cover are not required, tho they will be sauce for the goose, so to speak, and will add all kinds of awesome to your work.

I'm always a big fan of book covers . When you say, "Any style," are you including comics/graphic novels - basically, any print format that is associated with prose (i.e. no "Art of Star Trek" sort of stuff)?

Hmmmm, actually I had novels in mind, but wanted people to be creative in terms of presentation. But graphic novels and comics doesn't sound bad. What do you guys think?

Well try anyhow, Ptrope is probably a bit busy and you can throw yourself on the mercy of the court...
