I actually like Lady GaGa, who possesses legitimate musical talent and has paid her dues. The others, I don't care so much about.
All she is is just another cookie cutter Madonna wannabe just trying to take the shock value up a notch.

I have no problem with Adam doing that, but, to me, it was just way to much.
How bad off is one's life that a person watches these stupid, lame-ass award shows? If it were a choice between watching any awards show and a shotgun mouthwash, I'd be asking that there be two barrels loaded with Magnums.I Just got done watching the AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS show..and..I am so sorry for the crap that was on that show. The only song I remotely liked was, and I am shocked, Lady Gaga's song at the piano..I don't even know what that song is called, but it was the best song of the night.
All the women, even Carrie Underwood, came off as 'whores'. And Adam Lambert? Way over the top...
So...I am sorry the rest of the world was subjected to that awful display of modern music.
If that was the best that today's music has to offer, then we need BUSH/CHENEY to come back and ban all new music; it was that bad.

What the hell happened between the 90's and today?

Also, I should point out that there's no need to apologize to the rest of the world...as it was still tame by their standards.
Americans really have too many hangups. We should learn to embrace racy pop music like our more enlightened neighbors in Canada. After that, let's start warming up to the idea of long waits for medical care. Canada has so much to teach us.The fact the whole Lambert thing has so many Americans throwing fits just once again demonstrates how far behind the rest of the world the US often seems.

Actually any country in the world could teach you guys plenty, such as putting brain in gear before engaging mouth over subjects you obviously know nothing about, ie: our health care. But think whatever you want about our health care, it matters not to me.... afterall, I'm not the one living in a country that has such a low life expectancy in relation, you are.
But since that doesn't relate to the topic, I won't entertain this any further.
List of countries by life expectancy
#1) Macau 84.36 overall, 81.39 for men, 87.47 for women
#11) Canada 80.7 overall, 78.3 for men, 82.9 for women
#50 United States 78.11 overall, 75.65 for men, 80.69 for women

11th place compared to 50th place between two nations that live right beside each other and similar in many ways except in health coverage and level of gun control.... yup..... those two years actually make quite a difference when you look at the overall picture.
One would think you guys would be at least in the top 20 by the way you guys go on about how great everything is down there and yer health coverage..... and based on how much you guys attack our own system and apparently how horrible you all think it is with exaggerated wait times and "Rationing" this and that, that we'd be way down below 11th place and everybody would be suffering and dying everyday from lack of care.
Oh and for the record, Macau also has Public Health Coverage as well, which could explain why they're at the top.
Thanks for proving my point.
Anyways.... yeah the AMA's..... pretty crappy.
"I'm not a babysitter, I'm a performer," Lambert said Wednesday on The Early Show. "Honestly, [children] didn't cross my mind. It was almost 11 o'clock, it was a night show, I was there with an audience full of mostly adults. Sometimes I forget, 'Oh, there's a camera on.' I'm come from the theater, and I'm programmed to look at who's in the live audience."
So what would he do differently if given a do-over? "I would sing it a little bit better."
