Can someone explain to me how in the world the twins knew what was going on with Lois at that very moment, and managed to do what they did to save her?.

Girl Twin morphed into a ladybug and observed, returned to Watchtower to inform Boy Twin.

And the twins... I wonder if they..., like, have a "flowers in the attic" thing going on -if you get my drift. They seemed.... close.

I thought it was good...not the best...but good.
Jayna was cute...I was afraid this episode was going to be horrible with the Wonder Twins. So Clark has a reason to wear glasses but won't because Lois suggests contacts?

Well I hope NX's dad is OK too,and now for my take on tonight's episode.

I thought the Gleek sticker was kinda cuite on both Zan,and Jana cell phones a nod to the super firends, and the wonder twins.

Next week looks real omnious tho.

Now for the glasses for his near sightiness c'mon how long is that going last all season or just a few episodes then he adds a bit of color remember the cape from a few seasons back or is the neo look going to stay or by the TV movie he finally adopts the primary colors that he had in the begining.Remember GA said he needed to add color.

Thats all I have to say tonight

Signed

Buck Rogers

Boy...Clark is really doing a number on Lois. She is really messed up. And What a Deuche Clark is by not telling Lois after all this but he reveals himself to the wonderdorks...

I voted Superman, this episode was good and I didn't mind the Blunder twins even though I hate them. It seems like they come off better in live action rather than cartoon, much like Aquaman. A lot of good lines and the one about the halls of justice. I just wish we could hear the Superfriends anouncer's voice. I got a feeling Chloe's memory engrams will be downloaded into watchtower computer and she will become watchtower in the end, if she dies.

Yeah, they seemed a little on the overly friendly side. Now all we need is some HLA on this show, preferably involving Teschmacher and Lo. Perhaps mud-wrestling.

Yeah, I'm not greatly familiar with the Wonder Twins but they seemed to be used pretty good here -though, I'd argue maybe a bit under used.

If nothing else, Smallville is good at using DC's second-rate superheroes, Cyborg, Green Arrow, The Wonder Twins, Aquaman, all done pretty well on Smallville.

So, is Welling going to officialy wear glasses now? Has someone heard something regarding that because I somehow doubt this was anything more than a nod. Though, I do wonder why Clark's glasses has script to them since he doesn't need them. Though, I wonder if his eyes can adjust to the script in the glasses and make him see normaly through them?

That was pretty poor. The Wonder Twins were barely in it. They were the only thing worthwhile in this crappy hour. Lois has eyes for Clark/Blur--that is suppose to be interesting?!? The DA is as about one note a mustache-twirling villian as I have seen in quite some time.

And I can't believe that the writers didn't have Jayna in the form of an eagle(her most famous animal form) save Lois. No Gleek except for on her phone design. Couldn't they have at least got a monkey like Ross had on Friends.:guffaw:

Poor. Luckily for Smallville its mediocrity doesn't stand out too much in the sea of crap television we've been treated to this season.

And there's one of Welling's three trademarked facial expressions: The Questioning Squint.

You know, I always thought Scott Bakula had only one facial experession when he was on Enterprise. The Constapated Grimace.

You notice how much the quality of the show declined when Lois returned and played such a big role in the episode? She was very annoying and silly. Combine that with all the cliched stock characters walking around tonight (the DP editor, the slimy DA, the mobster) and it made for a poor first half.

The second half was much better though. The Wonder Twins were actually pretty entertaining in their own dorky way and I like how Clark spoke with them at the end. One of the most important aspects of Superman is his ability to inspire others.

Next week's episode looks awesome.

Clark's glasses likely have prescription lenses so nobody can get a look thru them and realize they're fake.

As for Clark seeing thru them, in the Superman semi-reboot "BIRTHRIGHT", as Clark (not seen for several years and now looking somewhat different than he did when he left home to travel) reinvents his look so he can go public as Superman, Martha shoves a pair of Jonathan's glasses on his face.

He complains about the prescription, and she says "You can see thru walls. You'll adjust."

EDIT:
By the way... Can someone PLEASE bring me up to speed on what happened with the D.A., as in just what the twins did to him? Or are the rest of you as much in the dark as I am?

The DA was nabbed off camera or something. Really, it doesn't matter. This is Smallville, only the first and last 10 minutes matter.

"Halls of Justice" line...Allison Mack, delivering terribly corny lines with enthusiasm.

Gotta wonder about Chloe's creepy spying on people.

It seems vauge, I doubt Clark would've stood for them getting him killed, even via dog, so it's likely the dog was used to hold him off until they can get the proper authorities on him.

See, Evil DA guy? Next time your have your goons throw someone off a building that you intend to kill for some evil purpose make sure that person is killed and doesn't survive to tell the police on you!

He complains about the prescription, and she says "You can see thru walls. You'll adjust."

I'd argue that then adjusted under the glasses he wouldn't be able to see right with them off, but I'll just go with Clark/Superman can adjust his eyes at will to suit his needs.

I was thinking eagle also, but maybe it would have taken away from Clsrk saving Lois.

Man, and I thought I was the only one who thought Bakula looked constipated all the time as Archer on ENT.

As for the Smallville episode, I thought it was decent. Lois was looking especially hot. The Wonder Twins weren't annoying. They were okay, and I guess the fist bump to activate their powers is more 21st century than the finger touching. Hopefully we'll see them again if they do another Justice League show. I'm also becoming more creeped out by how cool Chloe has become with spying on everyone.

I was hoping that the writers would just screw tradition and have Clark reveal himself to Lois. Or at least have it where she knows it but out of respect or perhaps disappointment that he doesn't trust her, keeps the secret to herself. I mean, really, Chloe, Pete, Oliver, Lana, Lex, and Tess know, what's the point of keeping it from Lois? It's not going to keep her out of danger, and she's not going to reject him, so I don't understand why he just doesn't get it over with. Hell, even the Twins know what he looks like now.

Was it intentional that the dialogue with Lois on the roof with the DA sounded like it was lifted straight out of a George Reeves era Superman episode?

This was a good one. I've really warmed up to the actress who plays Lois. I used to hate her but I'm really feeling it now.

Let's get those glasses on and get to Superman already.
