And what good would be accomplished by this, pray tell?Call and have them arrested. It's the right thing to do.
Perhaps prevent children from inhaling drugs? Perhaps prevent other adults from inhaling drugs who may not be drug users themselves. And it would be the responsible, adult thing to do.
Wait, so now you are interested in using taxpayer dollars to protect the health of children and adults? What a fascinating role reversal this must be for you from ... everything you've ever said.
How low do you have to set the bar on actual health risk before you start wanting to throw taxpayer money at it? 'Cause walking past a cloud of pot smoke in the open air is a pretty damn minimal health risk, surpassed only by shark attacks on land and impalement by unicorn. It certainly doesn't rank anywhere near the actual health risks to children and adults that you've repeatedly demonstrated you don't give a damn about providing funds to treat at taxpayer's expense.
So pardon me if I find your sudden outpouring of concern for the health of the kids suspect. No, what's really going on here is instead of applying critical thinking and weighing the actual risk of marijuana versus the cost of law enforcement efforts to stop it, you've blindly jumped on the bandwagon and supported government interfering in the personal choices of adults who choose to use a substance which is less harmful than completely legal tobacco and alcohol. So, we can also throw out the old "smaller government with less involvement in the lives of its citizens" meme that conservatives like you also pay lip service to when it's convenient.
But by all means, waste police resources on busting a couple stoners. Because that's a real threat to society.
