Halloween Costume Thread!

^ Why thank you sir! I had fun making it... and I LOVE my boots. I have been wearing them everywhere.

Be round to pick you up at 9pm. :D

Damn. I wish I had been in your neck of the woods tonight. I would have taken you up on that because my night ended up being a bust. My date had to cancel because his grandmother was sick. :( I hope she will be ok... but I really wanted to go out.

Come to the Village parade next year bro, start making the plans now!

I guess it's not as big a deal across the pond as it is in North America, huh?

Anyway, I've been working at a local amusement park (Canada's Wonderland), and they have an annual "Halloween Haunt" event, which features about 10 mazes populated with people dressed up as monsters. I'm playing one of those monsters this year, and here is my costume:

My friends and I went there last weekend. Which one were you in?

I was in "A Midsummer Night's Scream". If you can't remember which one that is (assuming you went through it), it's an outdoor maze, located near Splashworks, the Skyrider, and the Minebuster. It was also close to a couple of the other mazes ("Cornstalkers" and "Miners' Revenge").

Hope you and your friends had fun when you were there.

Man, that sucks. Turns out my friend Roxann, the Star Wars, freak, came out in full nerd glory. We were quite a hit last night. :D

It was a lot of fun.

"A Midsummer Night's Scream" and "Miners' Revenge" were the best two. I noticed while going thtough Cornstalkers that many of the monsters were taking a smoke break.

It's pretty obvious to anyone going through those mazes that a lot of work goes into them..

Driving up Highway 400 last weekend I couldn't believe the way traffic was backed up...and then I realized it was Wonderland's Halloween stuff going on. Place looked like it was packed.

We went on a Sunday night so there were relatively few people there. It was nice being able to go on a rollercoaster without waiting an hour in line.

Yeah, I observed it last Saturday night when I was on my way to CasinoRama.

You know, I've never been there, despite it being half an hour away from my hometown :wtf:

Did you win lots of money?

Oh, I didn't go to gamble. Bought my GF tickets to see Boyz II Men. We drove back to Toronto right afterward and went dancing. Well, she danced, I "danced".

Jayne is cranky.
