'The Expendables' trailer

That trailer is very poorly edited together. There is no flow or style to it.

However, the movie looks like it'll be a lot of fun. I am so there.

I'd say that's not the final trailer. However it looks like a good old fashioned action film, so I'm there :D

Can't view it here due to copyright restrictions. FFS! Why on earth wouldn't moviemakers want people to be able to see their movies?!

It played fine for me this morning, and I linked to it on LJ. It looks fun, though it comes with a built-in "what videogame does that bit remind me of" factor...

8 hours later and there's no point linking to the video any more, as, since I posted this morning, the cunts at YouTube have made it region-specific to UK viewers now just get a "this video is not available in your country due to copyright restrictions" message.

Fuckers.

Thanks for the link Aragorn.

As has been said before, this trailer is like the 1980s never went away. Looks like fun though, probably worth seeing for the Lundgren-Li fight alone. But Sly can't write dialogue to save his life; he really should write the plot, then bring in someone to do the script, so as to avoid all all those clunky one-liners. They're Direct-to-DVD quality.

It's not a trailer! :p

It's just a promo reel, sort of like the previous bootleg footage that was seen a while back, only in good quality. The actual trailer will look like, well, a trailer. :)

I dunno-some of them were amusing. I want to see this thing-with lots of popcorn!

Any film that uses the trifecta of "we got company", "this shit's getting old" AND "I own you" just HAS to be worth watching.

Awesome.
