^It surprised me primarily because it's a word not often used in America, and even though it's not a horrendous curse, it was still unexpected. I thought it was funny.

I'd like to ... Rogue her Squadron? Does that work? I'm out of euphemisms. :(

I should add I had no idea the gerund form of bullocks before. Learn something new every day.

yet in the 1970s the Sex Pistols caused a bit of stirred (iirc) when they came out with Never Mind the Bollocks.

Not so much in this country, but, yeah, printing Bullocks was definitely controversial in the UK. A lot of record store labels would place the price sticker over the word or keep it behind the counter so you had to ask for it.

^But I'm not.

"You are required to maneuver straight down this trench and skim the surface to this point. The target area is only two [inches] wide. It's a small thermal exhaust port, right below the main port. The shaft leads directly to the reactor system. A precise hit will start a chain reaction which should destroy the station. Only a precise hit will set off a chain reaction. The shaft is ray-shielded, so you'll have to use [protein] torpedoes."

Seriously, the 'thermal exhaust port.' Yikes.

:guffaw:

Oh, you two are baaaaaaad.

In a good way. ;)

But, I'm never gonna be able to watch that scene the same way again .... :wtf:
